It's him, Diary. It's Tyson. I don't know what it is about him; well I guess I do know. It's everything about him. Everything he does makes me smile. It's him
Violet loses her parents as a young child and is brought up by an elderly aunt. As she approaches her 17th birthday her life is turned upside down when her Aunt tells her that the life she has built with her must end - she has to go and learn about the background of her father. Secrets have been kept and those secrets turn Violet's life on it's head! Not only does she have to accept that her father wasn't who she thought he was, but she too, is something she didn't even realise existed! It seems a whole plan had been in place for if something happened to her parents, including learning of her heritage and all it means. So, Violet is sent to Autumn Moon Pack, where an elderly relative of her father's still lives to give Violet chance to be surrounded by others like her. In truth, she plans to learn what she needs to learn what she needs to and leave to live alone like her father before her. But will meeting the handsome Beta, who seems quite taken with her, change her mind? And could there be yet more secrets to be revealed?

June 1 I doubt that I would be starting this diary if it werenOCOt for laptops. I had a maiden aunt who gave me a pretty, red, imitation-leather notebook with OC My DiaryOCO embossed in gold on the cover. She said every girl should start one at age eleven. If I remember right, I wrote the date on the first page and immediately lost the book. IOCOm not too likely to lose this laptop, since itOCOs my bread and butter. And, because I regularly send my programming back to the office, IOCOll be uploading these words to my own personal files back there OCo encrypted, of course. Ah, the joys of modern technology. The only tradition IOCOm going to adhere to is in treating you like a person, Dear Diary. So let me tell you who I am before I start telling you all my secrets. IOCOm Elizabeth Axelrood, better known as Liz to all my friends. IOCOm now all of twenty-five, a business success and, while not a personal winner, at least I wouldnOCOt classify myself as a loser in that respect, either. I majored in psychology in college, and my mom and dad assumed IOCOd go on in that field, but computers fascinated me. Much against the wishes of my folks, I quit before graduation and went into programming. ThatOCOs how I met my ex-husband. We started our own company, Ax-cell Learning Inc., got into educational software on the ground floor, and have been running to stay ahead of demand ever since. Now, I suppose you want to know about Gordon Axelrood, and what happened between us.... Thirty-five short stories about love, romance and relationships by John Broussard. Cutler Ryder was everything I wasn't. He was the hockey star. I was an outcast. He was best friends with my stepbrother, that same stepbrother who hated me. His two parents loved him. My mom was a junkie. My dad barely knew me. Years passed. I got my life together. Cut went onto NHL stardom. Then there was a text. I was drinking. There was a party. Cut was there... I loved Cutler Ryder since the first moment I saw him. The only problem? He never knew I existed.

This short, diary-style novel, by a British army veteran chronicles the difficulties faced by Tommy, a 23-year-old squaddie, as he desperately tries to conquer post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) – shell shock. His over-emotional responses to the stresses of everyday life – post-office queues, a trip to Ikea, and his relationship with his family and girlfriend – eventually lead to alienation and suicidal urges. Told in the vernacular, with humour and personal understanding, the story highlights the work of the Charity Combat Stress in rehabilitating returning troops.
Well, how was it for you? This was Cardiff City’s first season in the top flight for more than fifty years, and we kept a diary every step of theway, recording all the highs and lows. We enjoyed victory over the champions, success in the first ever All Wales Premier League derby, and visits to the finest stadiums in the country. But there were oh so many off-the- field misadventures, weren’t there? We were led by a chairman who looked like a Bond villain, running a club torn apart by Redv.Blue. We spent more time on the front pages than the back pages as CCFC became Car Crash Football Club. And we wrote it all down. This is our version of a crazy season.
