In the spring of 1990, ARI awarded two follow-up contracts: one to Quantum Research International (QRI) for support in conducting ACCES applications and the second to Evidence Based Research, Inc. (EBR) for specific required enhancements to the ACCES system. Both contracts expired near the end of 1993.
