ICIEMS 2013 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in Industrial Engineering and Management Science. This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Innovative Technologies and Learning, ICITL 2023, held in Porto, Portugal, during August 28-30, 2023. The 64 full papers included in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 147 submissions.
