Sutton, President, William L. Duncan, Secretary, and John H. Tur ney, Treasurer, were duly elected a Board of Directors, ten in number, for the said term, to take charge of the estate and property belonging thereto, and to transact all affairs relative to the temporalities and business thereof; and that we, the said Stephen R. Harris, Joseph G. Eastland and Charles H. Harrison, judges of the said election, having been duly appointed, upon canvassing all the votes polled thereat, and finding that said officers had been duly elected and con stituted, the said Board of Directors did thereupon return them as such.
