This document,1 prepared by the staff of the Joint Committee on Taxation, provides a description of the enterprise zone proposals. Part I is a summary. Part II is a brief description of related present-law provisions. Part III is a description of the provisions of hr. 6, and Part IV is a summary description of the Administra tion proposal.
