Transcending time and dimension, this visionary novel possesses elements of spirituality and transformations of the psyche. Set in an Arthurian milieu on the planet of Tessalindria, it explores the spiritual journey of young Princess Vrengnia, who is aided by a wise blacksmith and his son, Paca. Her father is conflicted between his desire to be a good king and father and his desire for revenge. He asks the blacksmith to forge a sword imbued with mystical power to be used as an instrument of his bitterness, and a spiritual struggle ensues. The conflict depicted between good and evil encourages readers to search for true meaning and purpose in life. This otherworldly tale inspires a closer look at true spirituality without the encumbrances of preconceived ideas of Christian terminology.

This book is a spiritual soft science fiction book about a planet on the other side of the universe that in the farthest reaches of science fiction and fantasy, will never be visited by human beings from earth. It is the first novel in a collection of "historical fiction" from this small planet of Tessalindria. This story is about a bladesmith who runs afoul of the king by refusing to make a sword for the kings fiftieth birthday. The bladesmith is renowned for his blades but refuses to make blades where the intent is the injury of another of the mankind. The king imprisons the smith until he will relent to make the sword. The smith does not seem to care about his incarceration, but the king's daughter and the smith's son conspire to resolve the impasse between the king and the smith by having the son make the sword. Neither the princess nor the smith's son understand the ramifications of defying the smith and the rest of the story cascades into a final resolution through several consequential and unfortunate deaths that finally close the issue.

Whether the story of Jesus is familiar or new, author Thomas Jones sweeps the reader along from the humble ebb of His birth to the surging crescendo of His resurrection.
