DOWNLOAD EBOOKThis report presents a summary of the studies made in formulating a comprehensive plan for the conservation, utilization, and development of water and related land resources in the Lower Missouri River Tributaries Subbasin. It presents an inventory of the water and land resources, problems and needs. Future needs are estimated on the basis of projected economic levels, and a framework plan is outlined to meet the projected requirements to the extent practicable for the year 1980, 2000, and 2020. The plan was developed to provide a sound an well integrated program, giving special emphasis to those water and land uses recognized as critical in the basin's economic growth while at the same time planning to meet overall development needs.
